Welcome to Mountain Brook!

Since its inception in 2007, Mountain Brook Estates is continuing to grow to become a unique, close knit community. Mountain Brook is a 600 acre, 140 lot gated community, straddling Crabtree Creek in Mitchell and Yancey Counties of Western North Carolina. We’re near Little Switzerland right off the Blue Ridge Parkway halfway between Boone and Asheville.

Our community exhibits all the beauty of the mountains. We have three stocked ponds fed from Crabtree Creek, an outdoor pavilion for family and group gatherings, an easy walking trail to Crabtree Falls plus direct access to Pisgah National Forest.
